The International Fellowship of Christian Martial Artists stands without apology for the principles and teaching of God’s Word.

The Scriptures, We believe…
1. That the Bible is the Word of God.
2. In the plenary verbal inspiration of the Bible, both the Old and New Testaments.
3. That inspiration demands infallibility.
4. That the Bible is the sole source of faith and practice in spiritual affairs.
5. That the Word of God sets forth a Biblical worldview that is practical, effective, and desirable for dealing with all of life’s issues.

God, We believe…
1. That there is only one true living and holy God, the creator of the universe.
2. That God is revealed in the unity of the Godhead as God the Father, God the Son, and God the Holy Spirit.
3. That God the Father is Sovereign ruler of the universe and that He directs the affairs of History according to His purpose and plan.
4. That God the Son is Jesus Christ the Savior of the world. Born of the Virgin Mary; lived a sinless life as God dwelling among men; died on the cross; was buried and rose from the grave on the third day; ascended into heaven where He sits at the right hand of God the Father, interceding for believers; and that He will come again to earth for His own.
5. That God the Holy Spirit is the manifest presence of deity. That the Holy Spirit is with a person for conviction of sin, in a person upon salvation, and upon a person for special service.

Man, We believe…
1. That man was created in the image of and likeness of God.
2. That the first man Adam did willfully disobey God, and in so doing brought sin into the human family.
3. The consequence of Adam’s sin was to plunge mankind into the state of total depravity.
4. That the fallen human nature is evil, and therefore under just condemnation to eternal ruin.

Salvation, We believe…
1. That sin demands punishment, and that the punishment for sin is death.
2. That God sent His Son to die a substitutionary death for all mankind.
3. That whoever accepts Jesus Christ in faith as their personal savior, by confession and repentance of sin, and acknowledges the substitutionary work of Jesus Christ, receives forgiveness of sin, and stands justified before God the Father.
4. That this gift of salvation is given freely, solely by God’s grace, not of any work or action on the part of mankind, and that this is the only way in which a person can have forgiveness of sin and obtain eternal life.

The CHURCH, We believe…
1. That Jesus Christ ordained the local church to be his institution on earth.
2. That Jesus Christ gave two ordinances to the church, Baptism and the Lord’s Supper. Baptism is a public statement of the individual’s identification with Christ in His death, burial and resurrection. The Lord’s Supper is a memorial observance in which the believer privately identifies with Christ’s sacrificial work. Both ordinance are symbolic and bestow no merit through their observation.
3. That the Holy Spirit has bestowed upon each believer special gifts to be used for the building and edification of the church.
4. That the local church is God’s instrument for evangelism and carrying out the Great Commission of going “into all the world and preach the Gospel.”
5. That global missions is the responsibility of the local church and that para-church organizations are necessary in assisting the church in fulfilling its mission.
6. In the unity of the body of Christ in working collectively to achieve God’s purpose and plan on earth. We gladly work with those of like faith and doctrinal beliefs in support of the Great Commission.

Did you know—That the colors in the IFCMA patch were chosen to be an evangelistic tool? Used like the “wordless book,” the colors of the patch share the gospel in any language.

Black=sin, Red=the blood of Christ, White=forgiveness of sin, Blue=heaven, Gold=the streets in heaven, Green=eternal life.
